John Snow – Medical Detective

The doctor who discovered how cholera is transmitted - by studying maps

An interactive story app for children set in Victorian London

In this adventure, we’re going back to the 1850s just as a cholera epidemic is sweeping London. No cure or prevention can be found for the disease until doctors can agree on its  cause.

And that’s where you come in…

When you download the app onto your iPad (from the Apple store) you’ll be quickly transported to the filthy slums of Victorian London, where one radical doctor is forming his own theories as to the cause of the disease. With just a few taps of the screen, you then become a star in the story, in charge of collecting information, recording each incidence of the disease and leading public health initiatives. But you’ll need help on the adventure.

So who will you surprise with this interactive app story?
